30 Day Buy & Try Return Policy
While we stand behind every product we sell, we understand that you may change your mind or discover that the product you ordered isn’t exactly what you expected. As a result, we have a 30-day return policy.
If you decide to return an item for any reason,anyPlease email [email protected] with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.
Please note that you, the customer, will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and a restocking fee for the item(s) in your order.
We’ll send you an email once your return item(s) has been received and inspected, confirming that we’ve processed your return payment (minus a 10%-40% restocking fee*) to your original payment method.
If items are returned with visible signs of wear or minor issues as a result of use, they may still qualify for “Refurbished Use,” in which case a 40% restocking fee will be charged. ‘Like New’ means that the items you ordered must be in perfect condition. *Please note that in order to receive a refund, the item(s) ordered must be returned to our distribution center in ‘Like New’ condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Items that are damaged or show significant signs of wear will not be accepted and will not receive a refund.

Damages
If the product is damaged, you must note it when signing for delivery and send photos to the manufacturer.

If you need to return something, make sure you keep all of the original packaging. Prior to being processed, all returns must be approved by our customer service department. We’ll make sure you get the product you ordered as soon as possible, undamaged.Items that are damaged after use are not refundable unless the warranty specifies otherwise.
Cancellations
Cancellations received prior to shipment will be refunded in full. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to avoid paying return shipping fees. Orders that are canceled after they have shipped are subject to our 30-day Buy & Try Return policy, which includes return shipping costs.
Other Return Policy Notes:
- If a vendor or product does not support the above-mentioned return policy, it will be noted in the product descriptions or product-specific return information.
- All subscription sales for simulation software are final and non-refundable.
- Golf only sells to people who plan to keep the item(s) for the rest of its useful life. Orders placed for the sole purpose of a ‘one-time use or temporary use’ are not returnable under any circumstances. Orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders purchased by promotional companies, and orders purchased by trade show facilitators are all examples of this.
