I tried to fix my broken Macbook air screen with replacing the entire top casing only to find out that this piece doesn’t even work. When I tried to get them to send a replacement, they stopped responding to any questions I had. I gave them 3 days to respond and still don’t have a response. They refunded it no problem so 2 stars for that.
I am happy with the screen replacement, it is bit less bright and the only reason I am 4 point is because I found the screen doesn’t hold where we wanted to be instead it fall back to lowest point
This is an outstanding value, especially when compared to an Apple replacement. The image quality and brightness appear to be identical to the original screen. Additionally, the built-in webcam produces images on par with the original as well. If this is not an OEM part, it’s impossible to tell.Before you install it, take the time to remove the clutch cover (the black plastic strip) and ensure that the screws holding the hinges to the screen are tight. The screen I received had some wobble after the first installation that was completely fixed after those screws were fully tightened.I’d buy this for my trusty Macbook Air again in a heartbeat, but I’ll make sure all the screws are tight before installing.

I bought this item for a customer, I did not realize I got grey not silver when ordering so that was my mishap.However, when it did come in I was pleased to see that it was great quality and did not feel too much different from OEM parts.I do want to point out for those that are quite picky that the “Macbook Air” logo written on the bottom of the bezel is not as high quality as something you would expect from OEM. You are saving money, however it does the job
I had to replace a screen for someone who decided not to get Apple Care plus. She cracked the screen and of course Apple was going to charge her nearly half the price of the 2020 Macbook Air to do the repair. If you are going to buy a fragile product from Apple. Just get the AppleCare plan. That being said, this screen fit like a charm. It can be installed in a hour or less.

My cat knocked my laptop off the table, and damaged the screen. My high school daughter got this and did the monitor removal and install. She used You-tube videos for the tutorial. It’s like having a new laptop! The pricing here was the best we could find.
It was a little defective. The most left bottom corner of the lcd was not covered by the safety rubber. I was trying to line up but couldn’t able to do that. Please check it before shipping. I had need to very urgent otherwise sent it to back. But still thinking.
Daughter broke my old laptop and replaced it with this easy to install screen and now It’s like having a new computer!

This replacement screen looks, feels and fits like the original. It’s definitely not as crisp and there is an issue when opening/closing/adjusting the screen there is quite a bit of static.

Exact fit! When you’re working on this, give yourself plenary of room, wash and dry your hands first, and pay attention to the wires by the hinges, they get tucked in there. You will have to maneuver the screen front and back but, if I did it, you definitely can. (Trust me)
